As the CEO of the company, Tshepo Ntsala came from the background of finance where he worked with various financial institutions such as Fedsure Life, Capital Alliance and Investec Bank. From there he worked as a Electronics Training Executive for Omnitec Institute. 

As from 2018 he entered the mining sector as a logistics executive and project manager.

He worked for various companies such as KGI, KM Marketing in organising export at FOB and CIF on Chrome ROM for three years and Manganese since 2020. 

As a logistics and business process project manager he gained experience in arranging export process for transporting goods to China and Pakistan under different company brands he previously worked for and I was contracted to on project to project basis.
